WHAT THIS TITLE STANDS FOR ..

How to resume the core of the strong cultural links that always existed between Turkey and Europe. How to bring a simple picture on the fact that who we are does not necessarily clash with who are the Asia Minor inhabitants. The concept of the turks being the 'Other' is so recent and so vague that it only shows a way forward until a merge of the Black Sea neighboring countries in the European Union can occur.

Priam is the famed king from the Troyan Wars that was the father of Hector and Paris. This was the first clash of civilizations where two armies comprised of several alliances were to face eachother. The basis of this assumption is that there is no solid grounds for such a war to be led over gains so symbolic in the end.

The anatolian side (Anatole=Orient in greek) is attacked by the western world. The territories are strategic since if properly controlled they ease travel and commerce. The end of the war is however a lose-lose scenario that was quite predictable by each side risking much of their ressources in what will lead both sides to dark ages.

But also this war may be a pivotal ground for the birth of the Roman Empire with new people settling in Italy and moving forward to form an advanced culture. There is no simple links in the mixture of people that settled Europe and formed its culture and Europe has always been taken in a whirlwind between Caucasus and Southern Europe, usually both physical and cultural.
